Your coach
I live in Manchester in the UK, married to a kind hearted, funny man. We have a bubbly and bright 11 year old son with a head of curls. We also adopted a fierce rescue cat called Percy, who loves and fights in equal measure.
My values are fun, energy and passion, creativity, adventure, imagination and self expression. I care deeply about being connected with others and to our natural world. It’s important to me that I always act with kindness, and show respect and decency for others.
In my free time I like to read and write, learn new stuff, play guitar or piano, do some gardening, enjoy good food, visit gardens & parks, relax and have fun in the sunshine and at the seaside.

I have nearly 30 years of commercial business experience, having held executive level roles across multiple businesses and industries. I specialise in the IT/technology industry having worked for many years in tech. My strengths have always been encouraging others, communication and relationship building. I care deeply about empowering people and seeing them flourish.
With regard to qualifications, I am a Co-active Training Institute Certified Coach (CPCC), and an Organisational Relationships Systems Coach (ORSC), with CRR Global. Both accreditations are recognised by the global industry standard – the International Coaching Federation. I am also an accredited PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with the ICF and an accredited DiSC profiling practitioner.
My work experience includes: many years as a marketing and business development professional working both agency and client sides across many verticals; helping to set up a technology IT cloud consultancy; working as Director in a technology SaaS start up covering marketing and partnerships and subsequently becoming a full time Coach. I have experience at all levels, as an employee, a manager, being part of an executive leadership team, a board director and a non-executive director.
I’ve worked as an internal coach both with individuals and teams; have been hired as an external coach to do consultancy; and I run my own practice for individuals and businesses.
