 Who is it for?

A course of personal development for leaders at all levels who wish to fly higher through exploring and enhancing their leadership style, enhancing their potential, their performance, the entire team’s performance and ultimately, driving results.

Program length

6-8 months. Pilot program also available.

Program Structure

The program begins with an initial discovery and evaluation phase, followed by an executive overview and co-design process. Participants then engage in a six-month cohort, featuring either monthly half-day in-person sessions or biweekly 90-minute virtual sessions, with optional one-to-one coaching and accountability group sessions available in between. The program concludes with final presentations during a graduation event.
