Setting the tone
Michael opened the conference setting the tone, showing passion, vision, purpose, thoughtfulness, compassion and vulnerability, and creating a real sense of connection across the whole group from the start.
Insights, trust and energy
The conference used Insights profiling, which the group engaged with and embedded well. Sessions balanced substantial content with space to breathe: plenty of laughter, energy and fun alongside genuinely meaningful learning, with colleagues exchanging gratitude and open feedback. Trust and psychological safety grew visibly throughout.
Beyond the room
Relationships between colleagues strengthened, with conversations continuing well beyond the sessions themselves. People were genuinely invested in the experience, and Kerry quickly earned the trust of MedAccess's colleagues, delivering a conference that generated meaningful discussion and lasting value for the organisation.
