Online executive coaching that travels with you
Coaching by video gives you the depth of a room, without the diary cost of getting to one. Kerry Sutcliffe works online with leaders across the UK and worldwide, with the same rigour she brings in person.

What this work makes possible
The depth without the diary cost
No travel, no rooms to book, no half-day lost. You get a focused conversation that fits inside a busy week, and the thinking still goes deep.
Coaching wherever you lead
From your office, your home study or a hotel between meetings. The work stays consistent whether you are in Manchester, London or another time zone.
Continuity when life moves
A new role, a relocation, a stretch of heavy travel. Online sessions hold the thread of your development steady through all of it.
There is an assumption that online coaching is the lighter version, fine for convenience, but not where the real work happens. After more than 2,000 hours of coaching, much of it by video with leaders across different cities and time zones, Kerry Sutcliffe has found the opposite to be true. What matters in coaching is the quality of attention, the questions, and the trust between two people.
How online coaching actually works
It is simpler than people expect. You meet by video, usually for sixty minutes, on whichever platform suits you. Kerry works with Google Meet, Teams, Zoom, Webex or whatever you already use, and will send a link before each session. You log on from a private spot, your office, a study at home, or a meeting room, and the two of you get straight into the conversation that matters most that week.
A typical engagement runs as a series of three to ten sessions, spaced about a fortnight apart. That rhythm is deliberate. The fortnight between sessions is where the real change happens, you try something, notice what shifts, and bring it back. Before any of that begins, there is a free thirty-minute discovery call, also online, so you can decide whether the fit is right before you commit to anything.
Just as effective, and often more convenient
The doubt usually sounds like this: surely something is lost without being in the same room. Sometimes people do just prefer being in a room, and that is a completely fair preference. But in my experience, online is no less effective in helping someone make real change, it is simply different. The main thing that shifts is the space around the session itself. In person, we tend to make more time for a bit of small talk before we start and after we finish. Online, it can be easier to end the call and step straight into your own space to reflect and take care of yourself, whatever that looks like for you.
Kerry brings the same accreditation and method online that she brings in person: ICF PCC, Co-Active (CPCC), ORSC team and relationship coaching, and Everything DiSC. The format changes. The standard does not.
Across time zones
If you lead from outside the UK, or your role keeps you moving between regions, sessions are arranged to land at a sensible hour for you rather than a convenient one for the coach. The fortnightly rhythm flexes around travel and busy periods, so the work carries on even when your week does not look like anyone else's.
A grounding in commercial reality
Online or in person, the value of coaching comes from the person on the other side of the conversation. Kerry spent more than thirty years in commercial business before coaching full time, moving from employee to manager to executive to board director, and on to non-executive roles. She has sat in the seat you are in. The coaching is warm and direct, never a script, and it is grounded in what the pressures of leadership actually feel like.
If you have been putting off coaching because the logistics never quite worked, online removes the excuse. The simplest next step is a free thirty-minute discovery call. You will get a clear sense of how Kerry works, whether the fit is right, and what a series might look like for you, with no obligation to go further.
A good fit if...
- You lead a demanding schedule and need coaching that slots in without a commute
- You are not in or near Manchester, but want to work with a PCC level coach
- You travel often, or split your time across locations, and need consistency
- You work in a distributed or hybrid team and are comfortable thinking out loud on video
- You want a confidential space to talk that sits outside the office walls
What clients say about working with Kerry
Kerry is the best coach I have come across. My coaching time quickly became my favourite part of the month – I learnt so much about myself. My confidence and belief in myself has soared. I feel able to give feedback to my peers and line manager clearly and openly, expressing the best way to work with me and reach compromises. My focus has increased and I am able to see tasks through fully, thinking clearly to resolution. The results are amazing.
Heather Robinson-WynneVP Customer Support, Purple.aiWhen I first came to you I was feeling a bit stuck and unsure of my next steps. It was important to me to work with someone I liked. I could really feel that your optimism for me was genuine. Within one month I had a new job! I had taken control, it was hard, but it was also fun. It has helped me reframe things, see new perspectives, focus on new behaviours, and feel positive about myself. It felt really therapeutic, having the space to explore everything in a safe way.

Yes. What drives results in coaching is the quality of attention, the questions and the trust between you, and all of that carries over video just as well. Yes. A good part of Kerry's practice is online with leaders outside the UK and across regions. Sessions are arranged to land at a sensible hour for you, and the fortnightly rhythm flexes around travel and busy periods so the work keeps moving.

Yes. Kerry is based in Manchester and works in person around the city by arrangement, alongside her online practice. Some leaders mix the two. The choice is yours, and the standard of the coaching is the same either way.
