ORSC is a specialist approach to coaching teams and relationships as a whole system, rather than coaching individuals one at a time.
Awarded by CRR GlobalMost coaching works with one person. ORSC works with the relationship itself: the team, the leadership group, the partnership. It treats the system between people as the client.
Why that is different
A lot of the real friction in organisations does not sit inside any one person. It sits in the dynamics between them: how decisions get made, what goes unsaid, how conflict is handled. ORSC gives me the tools to work directly with that.
