Maybe you recognise some of this
You don't need to have it all worked out before you start. Most people arrive knowing only that something could be better.
- Bored, stuck or unmotivated, and ready to feel differently
- Overwhelmed, frustrated or anxious about what's on your plate
- Capable but held back by doubt or imposter syndrome
- Simply ready for what's next and wanting a clearer direction
What you might have tried, and why this is different
What you may have tried
Pushing harder, reading more, waiting for it to pass, or talking it round in circles with people too close to be honest. Useful, up to a point, then the same patterns return.
Why this is different
Coaching gives you a confidential thinking partner whose only job is your clarity. The questions go deeper than advice, and you leave each session with something concrete to act on, not just a nice chat.
A simple, steady rhythm
The first call is free. We then design a course that works for you.
A free discovery call
We start with a free, no obligation 30-minute conversation. We talk through what you'd like to change and whether we're a good fit. No obligation to continue.
A tailored series
If it feels right, we agree a series, usually between three and ten sessions, shaped around what you want to work on. Awareness builds progressively as we go.
60-minute sessions, every two weeks
We meet for 60 minutes, typically every two weeks, online or in person around Manchester by arrangement, wherever suits you best.

What people take away from the work
Having set up Radics Consulting pretty much overnight, developing from a sole trader to a VAT registered Ltd company in just 3 years, and in uncertain times, I decided I could benefit from some bespoke business coaching. In just 3 months, Kerry has really helped me reset my business goals and get rid of those lingering actions on my to-do list and pervasive thoughts in my head. This has freed me up to focus my energy on developing Radics Consulting's 3 year business plan and to continue helping my great clients deliver their genuinely exciting projects. I have now recommended Kerry to two of my peers who are now also benefiting from her knowledge and expertise.
Beckie JoyceCEO & Founder, Radics ConsultingIt took me a lot of courage to try coaching, and I’m really grateful that I did. Coaching has given me a fresh perspective on how I think, and what I perceive as challenges. It’s given me more self-belief. I’ve become more productive in my daily habits. Thank you for everything Kerry – I will be back for more!
Jon FoxleyDKloud Salesforce ConsultantThe coaching couldn’t have come at a better time. We worked on a lot of things, including the importance of finding and following my purpose. The changes I’ve made have been so positive, it has felt transformational. I want to thank you for making this experience so comfortable, honest and productive. I wasn’t sure what to expect but you immediately put me at ease. I will enjoy watching as you go forward and help many others find more contentment and fulfilment in their lives!

What actually happens in a coaching session?
We talk, but with purpose. You bring what's on your mind; I ask questions that open it up, challenge gently where it helps, and we leave with something concrete to act on. Sessions are confidential.
How is coaching different from mentoring or therapy?
Mentoring gives you someone else's answers. Therapy often looks back to heal. Coaching is forward looking and assumes you're resourceful and whole: my job is to help you find your own clarity and act on it.
How many sessions will I need?
Most 1-to-1 work runs as a series of 3 to 10 sessions, usually 60 minutes every two weeks. We agree what's right for you after the free discovery call.
What's the first step?
A free, no obligation 30-minute discovery call. We figure out what you want to work on and whether we're a good fit. No pressure either way.
