The content here is provided in good faith and for general information. I keep it accurate and current as far as I reasonably can, but I cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free, and nothing on the site is a substitute for tailored professional advice.

About coaching

Coaching is a forward-looking, collaborative relationship that supports your own thinking, decisions and growth. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice or financial advice. If something you are facing would be better served by another professional, I will say so honestly and, where I can, help you find the right support.

Coaching works best as a partnership. Any outcomes depend on the work we do together, so I do not promise specific results.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting the contact form or emailing me starts a conversation, it does not create a coaching contract. Any coaching engagement, including fees, scheduling, cancellation and confidentiality, is agreed separately in writing before we begin. The free discovery call carries no obligation on either side.

Confidentiality

What is said in coaching stays in coaching. For work commissioned by an organisation, we agree clear boundaries up front about what is and is not shared with the business. Full confidentiality terms form part of any coaching agreement.

Intellectual property

The text, design, images and other material on this site belong to Kerry Sutcliffe unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read and share links to it. Please do not copy or reuse the content for commercial purposes without permission.
