Pour Moi
One to one coaching for Pour Moi's People Manager, followed by a full day workshop on leading people and performance for the wider management team, now returning for a repeat this autumn.

Pour Moi is a Brighton-based lingerie and swimwear retailer. Jenny Carpenter, the company's Office and People Manager, first worked with Kerry one to one.
A guarded start, a genuine partnership
Jenny went into coaching expecting it to feel uncomfortable, and it did at times. What she found instead of a coach who simply told her what she already knew was someone who guided her, safely but firmly, through her own process of self reflection, without letting her avoid the areas that mattered most. The experience turned out to be easy, pain free and genuinely worthwhile.
From one to one to the whole team
After such a positive experience working with Kerry one to one, Jenny invited her to facilitate a one day workshop for the managers at Pour Moi's Brighton HQ: Leading People and Performance with Confidence. The day was a huge success. Kerry created an open, engaging environment where the group could explore some of the more challenging aspects of managing performance, alongside a live problem solving session.
Invited back
Pour Moi is now inviting Kerry back to repeat the managers workshop this autumn.
As someone who is naturally a bit sceptical (Kerry reassured me this is just part of who I am, which was a relief!), I knew coaching was going to feel uncomfortable at times. Kerry made the whole journey feel easy, pain free and genuinely worthwhile. And if you're wondering whether she'll just tell you what you already know, my answer is: yes… and no. She'll guide you, safely but firmly, through your own process of self reflection, as only a truly talented coach knows how. And she won't let you avoid the areas that are actually the most important for you to look directly at.
