A one day leadership workshop followed by a six part series of leadership labs for Searchland's new people leaders, building confidence, communication and self awareness across the group.
Searchland is a property technology company. Leanne Doutre, Head of People, brought Kerry in to work with the leadership group, starting with a one day workshop for the C-suite and senior leaders.
Six labs, building leadership skill by skill
From there, Kerry ran a series of six leadership labs for Searchland's new people leaders: two in person sessions bookending four shorter virtual ones in between. Each lab built on a different theme: All About Leadership, Clear and Constructive Conversations, Feedback and Development Conversations, Productivity, Performing Under Pressure, and Next Level Leadership.
What changed across the group
- Increased confidence and effectiveness in leading others and increasing team performance
- Clearer communication, expectation setting and accountability within teams
- Improved ability to prioritise, delegate and focus on higher value leadership activity
- Greater confidence in giving, receiving and acting on feedback, and managing performance
